You can order copies of photographs from our collection, subject to copyright law.
Cost
Standard printout: £0.50 per print (excluding packaging and postage. For this add £0.75 – UK only)
Photographic quality print: £5 for a 7x5 -price includes packaging and postage – UK (other sizes priced on application)
Microfilm Printouts
You can order printouts of records held on microfilm, subject to copyright law.
Cost
Per sheet £0.50
Packaging and postage £0.75 (for up to 10 printouts)
Ordering
Orders can be made by letter, phone, e-mail or in person. You will be asked to complete a copyright declaration/order form. Permission will be granted for private use only.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance. We currently only accept cash or cheque (made payable to East Renfrewshire Council)
Overseas Orders
We are happy to provide copies for overseas customers. However, payment must be in advance and should be made in pounds sterling by International Money Order or by a cheque drawn on a British Bank.
Disclaimer
We will provide as high a quality copy as possible. However we cannot accept responsibility for the quality of any copy, which is dependent on the condition of the original material.
We reserve the right to refuse to copy any material which may suffer damage from the copying process.
