Donations

We are happy to accept donations which will add to our Heritage Collection. We are always delighted to receive photographs, archives and other items which relate to the history of East Renfrewshire and accept these in line with our collection policy.

We ask donors to complete an accession form. This allows us to make sure we have a clear record of ownership and copyright and it also allows the donor to trace their donation quickly and easily at any time in the future. You can print off an accession form here or collect one or have one posted out from Giffnock Heritage Centre.

Collection Policy

We endeavor to continue to collect material which will be of historical interest now and in the future. The extent and scope of this is detailed in our collection policy which you can view by clicking on the pdf.
