
Welcome to the East Renfrewshire Community Health and Care Partnership (CHCP). The CHCP is a partnership between East Renfrewshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and is responsible for delivering all local health and social care services for the residents of East Renfrewshire in an integrated way.
The CHCP brings together local health and social work services such as:
The CHCP will integrate services for children, families, adults and older people to respond better to people’s needs.
The CHCP is committed to improving the health of people living and working in East Renfrewshire and reducing the differences in peoples health within or between local communities (health inequalities).
We will take a lead in improving health with other partners involved in community planning and regeneration.
