Consultations on education
The Council arranges extensive processes to consult those potentially affected by proposed changes in education provision.
The proposals are advertised in the press, and copies of relevant documentation are made available to interested parties, including parents, school boards, elected members, unions and school staff. Written comments on proposals are invited from those wishing to express their views.
